Sugar-Free Blueberry Lemonade
Serves: 3
The perfect drink for those hot summer days on the beach! The sparkling water and herbs give it just the perfect punch of freshness.
INGREDIENTS
1½ cups fresh lemon juice
½ cup powdered stevia (sugar substitute)
6 cups water
1 cup cold sparkling water
1 cup blueberries, plus more for garnish
¼ cup mixed fresh herbs, such as basil, mint and tarragon, plus more for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the lemon juice into a pitcher and stir in the stevia until dissolved. Add the water and sparkling water and stir well. Mash the blueberries and herbs in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Divide the blueberry mixture among 3 or 4 cups and pour the lemonade over the top. Garnish each glass with whole blueberries and mint.
