All physical orders typically ship with 24 hours and arrive in just 2 to 9 business days. Digital products (eBooks) are delivered to your email separately within 15 minutes after completing your order. You can also view your eBooks from your order confirmation or account at all times.
We are here to help in any way we can . As per our Return Policy, we can not issue refunds on digital products as they are emailed directly to you immediately after purchase.
We use the same policy as the worlds biggest brands like Barns and Noble when it comes to digital products. This is very common and is the industry standard.
