General Conditions of Sale

All contact to "Peapil Publishing" MUST go through our support email at "support@peapil.com"

This is a legal agreement between you (meaning you as an individual if acting on your own behalf, or the company that you represent if you are acting on behalf of such company) and Peapil Publishing Inc. (“Peapil”). By placing an order or making a purchase of a product ("Product") from Peapil, you agree to these terms of sale ("Terms") set out below. These Terms may be updated by Peapil from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms each time you make a purchase from Peapil.

1. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

1.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Peapil, and any rejection of an order shall be made in Peapil’s sole discretion. If you have been charged for an order that is subsequently rejected by Peapil, Peapil will refund the amount of that order to you, by a method chosen by Peapil in its sole and reasonable discretion.

2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

2.1. Physical Products may be returned to Peapil Publishing within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The Products must be unused, in new condition, and come in the original packaging. 

Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact Peapil Publishing to start your return. Peapil publishing will provide you will an RMA and return address. DO NOT return anything without an RMA. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without an RMA. 

You acknowledge that this 30 day return policy is considered in satisfaction of applicable statutory "withdrawal rights" or "cooling off periods", and you waive all such statutory rights.

2.2. Subscriptions, Digital products and All eBooks are not available for refund.

Once your order is placed, our system will automatically fulfill your digital products.

You will receive them via your order confirmation and will be emailed the PDF files in a separate email. 

Once your email provider has marked this email as delivered and/or opened, we can no longer issue a refund.

You, the customer, acknowledge that the sale of all digital products including eBooks, and subscriptions are FINAL. 

Subscriptions can be managed here, please follow the link if you would like to change or cancel your subscription.

2.3 Refunds will be issued by Peapil Publishing within five (5) days of the Product being returned in accordance to the Peapil Publishing’s return procedures. Peapil Publishing will refund the amount of that Product to you, by a method chosen by Peapil Publishing in its sole and reasonable discretion.

2.4 All shipping charges are non refundable.

2.5 Peapil Health subscription charges are non refundable

3. CHANGES

3.1. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, you shall not be entitled to change or cancel any order that has previously been accepted by Peapil Publishing without the prior written agreement of Peapil Publishing.

We will do everything we can to support you with your order, and most times changes can be made. 

However, once an order has been shipped or delivered, it can no longer be canceled.

Please note that e-mail communications will not necessarily be secure, so please do not include credit card information or other sensitive information in your e-mail correspondence with us. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications electronically from us and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights related to electronic communications.
