Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Swirl Pop Cups

The perfect substitute for when you have that craving for ice cream! You can even eat this one every night to top up your Calcium and Iron intake.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups blueberries
2 cups Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. agave or honey
1 drop liquid stevia
8 wooden craft sticks
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend the blueberries in a food processor or blender until they’re smoothie-like in consistency. Pour into a bowl and gently mix in the yogurt, agave or honey and stevia. Pour the mixture into an 8-popsicle mold and insert the wooden craft sticks. Freeze for at least 5 hours. When ready to serve, run under warm water to get the popsicles out of the mold.
