TRADITIONAL HORSERADISH SAUCE
Makes 1 cup; 8 servings
Serve with roast beef or add to roast beef lettuce wraps for a light lunch.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup horseradish, freshly grated
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
Salt, to taste
Cracked black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store and refrigerate for up to 3 months.
