Thyme, Arugula & Feta Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 cup arugula
1 cup thyme leaves
1 medium onion, sliced
2 radishes, sliced
½ cup crumbled rennet-free feta cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon groundsumac
½ teaspoon blackpepper
½ teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl. Toss together before serving.
