Sweet Potato Orange Juice
Makes 2 servings
Drink this juice to help support your immune system, promote gut health, and increase your energy level! How? It’s all thanks to the Mediterranean favorite—sweet potatoes. What’s more, it is a light and refreshing change from sugary store-bought OJ.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed (2 oranges)
¼ cup sweet potato, grated
½ red apple, seeded and chopped
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all Ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, to chill.
3. Pour into two glasses and serve.
