Supreme Pizza
MAKES 4 SERVINGS
This is the quick and easy way to serve pizza on Friday night, topped with all the toppings you love. Premade frozen cauliflower crusts are delicious, fast, and easy to bake in your oven. If you prefer to make your pizza crust yourself that’s also a fantastic idea!
INGREDIENTS
1 frozen cauliflower pizza crust
½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce
1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked and crumbled ground beef or Italian sausage
2 tablespoons thinly sliced sweet onion
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mushrooms
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Place the crust on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until firm and beginning to crisp.
3. Remove from the oven and spread the sauce around the pizza crust, leaving a small border uncovered. Evenly distribute the cheese over the sauce. Sprinkle the meat and vegetables evenly over the top.
4. Bake for another 5–10 minutes, until the toppings are hot and the cheese is beginning to brown.
5. Slice the pizza into 8 pieces and serve immediately.
