Slow-Cooked Apple Cobbler
Makes 6 servings
A sweet breakfast treat that provides unreal health benefits, this Slow Cooked Apple Cobbler is perfect for serving a crowd. It’s packed with berries, which of course are among the healthiest and tastiest foods on the planet—full of antioxidants and nutrients like iron, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin K and many more. Berries are true superfoods. Like most of the breakfast recipes in this book, this dish can also be served as a healthy dessert in place of cookies or ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
6 medium apples, cut into ½-inch pieces
3 tbsp. honey

½ tsp. ground cinnamon
