SHRIMP WRAP

Here’s where your homemade seafood seasoning shines. Shrimp salad makes the perfect crunchy cold lunch on a hot day. The blend of green onions, celery, and shrimp, with a sprinkle of white wine and seasoning will keep you on your toes!
INGREDIENTS
½ cup sugar-free mayonnaise
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1½ teaspoon Classic Seafood Seasoning (page 26), plus more for serving
2 pounds large shrimp, shelled, deveined, boiled, and chilled
½ cup celery, finely diced
¼ cup green onions, sliced, reserve a small portion for garnish
12 lettuce leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and seafood seasoning. Stir in cold shrimp, celery, and white part of green onions.
2. Store, covered, for up to 48 hours in the fridge, or serve immediately on lettuce leaves or wraps of your choice. Garnish each wrap with sliced dark green part of green onions and a dash of seafood seasoning.
