SALMON PATTIES
Makes 6 patties
Here’s another easy family recipe that lends itself very well to the Keto lifestyle. The egg binds the mixture, resulting in a moist and tender texture.
INGREDIENTS
10 ounces canned salmon
2 eggs
½ cup finely ground almond flour
1 teaspoon dried onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine salmon, eggs, almond flour, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix to fully incorporate. Use your hands to divide the mixture into 6 portions and form each into a patty.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add salmon patties and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and serve immediately.
