Raspberry & Granola Greek Yogurt

Everyone should start their feeding period with this probiotic-rich recipe. Why? Because the protein from the Greek yogurt keeps you energized and satisfied. Not only that, Greek yogurt also helps you maintain a healthy gut, while decreasing blood pressure. Now this breakfast is a powerful start to the day!
INGREDIENTS
½ cup sugar-free, gluten-free granola
¼ cup fresh raspberries
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon roasted pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In an 8-ounce container, combine the granola, raspberries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup.
2. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon on top of the granola-yogurt mixture.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to chill, then serve.
