Plain Greek Yogurt and Fresh Berries

Starting with some plain Greek yogurt, simply throw in your favorite fresh berries, and you’ll have a delicious and nutritious snack.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)
mint leaves (optional)
½ cup rolled oats
INSTRUCTIONS
Top the yogurt with your favorite berries and mint. Sprinkle rolled oats over top and add almonds for a flavor booster if desired
