Peach Yogurt Granola Jar
Makes 2 servings
This is the perfect dessert for anyone who dreads even thinking about having to make dessert after cooking dinner. When you find yourself in that predicament, this treat will give you back your evening (and you can even make it a day ahead)!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1½ tablespoons peach jam
1 cup fresh peach slices
⅓ cup granola
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Choose 2 (8-oz.) containers; these can be jars or bowls, glass, or plastic.*
2. Combine the yogurt and peach jam in a medium bowl, mixing well.
3. Add a layer of peach slices to the bottom of each jar, top with the yogurt mixture, and sprinkle with the granola.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for the next day.
Note: *Choose containers with well-fitting lids for an on-the-go breakfast, lunch, or snack.
