Mocha Banana Smoothie

Chocolate and bananas are a stellar combination, but this Mocha Banana Smoothie ups the ante, since it’s brimming with protein; perfect for those short on fuel. Blended with chocolate protein powder, coffee, and avocado, this smoothie is the best morning pick-me-up!
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup frozen cauliflower florets
¼ cup avocado
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all Ingredients in a blender except the chocolate chips and chia seeds, and process until smooth.
2. Pour into two glasses, top each with half the chocolate chips and chia seeds (optional), and serve.
