INGREDIENTS

2 large tomatoes, diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and serve.
