Maple Apple Yogurt Jar

This Maple Apple Yogurt merges luscious maple syrup and tart Granny Smith apples in a perfectly balanced flavor, managing to quench your sweet and sour cravings. In addition to its well-balanced taste, this dish boasts fiber, protein, healthy fats, and essential nutrients.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons walnuts,
toasted and chopped
2 teaspoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Choose 2 (8-oz.) containers; these can be jars or bowls, glass, or plastic.*
2. Add the Greek yogurt, Granny Smith apple, sugar, walnuts, maple syrup, and cinnamons in separate layers to the containers.
3. Cover with the lid or plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour before serving, or overnight to serve for breakfast. Enjoy!
