Italian Turkey Sandwich

Craving a holiday meal without the unwanted bloating? This Italian Turkey Sandwich is your answer! The savory turkey and salty mozzarella drizzled with balsamic vinegar are what sandwich dreams are made of. Feel free to swap out the deli slices if you have leftover turkey at home.
INGREDIENTS
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 deli meat turkey breast slices
2 slices mozzarella cheese
1 cup arugula
2 tablespoons sliced Kalamata olives
2 tablespoons sliced sun-dried tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place a slice of whole wheat bread on a serving plate, then top with 1 slice of turkey and 1 slice of mozzarella.
2. Add the remaining slices of turkey and mozzarella, then layer the arugula, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
3. Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Place the second slice of bread on top. Serve immediately.
