Italian Dressing
Makes: 1 cup
This quick, easy, and silky smooth Italian Dressing just hits that perfect spot for all those salads, vegetables and even bread! High in good Polyunsaturated fats, this will be sure to impress!
INGREDIENTS
½ cup olive oil
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
¼ cup capers, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 scallion, minced
1 small dried red chili, sliced
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. fennel seed, crushed
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well.
2. Store with the lid tightly secured in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
