Honey Mustard Bean Salad

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon raw honey
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
10 cups mixed salad greens
1 (15-oz.) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the mixed greens, cannellini beans, and tomatoes, tossing to combine.
