Greek Yogurt with Honey & Walnuts (Yiaourti Me Meli)

This delicious Greek yogurt with honey is sprinkled with walnuts, infused with vanilla, and dusted with fragrant cinnamon! If you have a sweet tooth but are looking for something more nutritious than your usual desserts, this 2-minute, no-bake dessert will amaze you.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup walnuts
½ cup honey
2½ cups Greek yogurt, strained
⅓ tsp. vanilla extract
cinnamon, ground
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Spread the walnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and toast 7–8 minutes, or until they turn golden and fragrant. Transfer the toasted walnuts to a bowl, add the honey, and stir to coat. Set aside to cool down, 1–2 minutes.
3. In the meantime, stir together the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract and add to the bowl. Spoon the honey-walnut mixture over the yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
