Greek Yogurt Smoothie

One of the most popular smoothies. Silky smooth from the Banana and Almonds with just a hint of acid from the Greek Yogurt, finished off with fresh mint!
INGREDIENTS
⅓ cup Greek yogurt
½ ripe banana, frozen
⅓ cup blueberries, frozen, plus more for garnish
½ cup spinach, frozen
¼ cup almond milk mint leaves (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately, garnished with extra berries and a sprig of mint, if desired.
