Greek Yogurt Bowl with Muesli
Servings: 1
Greek yogurt bowls are a favorite in my family. They’re simple and quick, but also delicious and loaded with health benefits. While muesli usually contains its own nuts and fruits, I like to add even more, enhancing the yum factor. Sprinkled with cinnamon and drizzled with honey, this recipe is perfect for busy days.
INGREDIENTS
⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup sugar-free, gluten-free muesli
1 tablespoon chopped dried apricots
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon chopped almonds
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon raw honey
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the Greek yogurt in a serving bowl and top with the muesli, apricots, walnuts, almonds, and cinnamon.
2. Drizzle the honey over the top and serve.
