Four Ingredient Tahini Nut Fudge
Makes 8 servings
No dessert selection is complete without fudge. Fudge is simplicity at its best. Made with only four Ingredients, the most challenging part about making this treat is the 3 hours you’ll need to wait for it to set! I guarantee that after one bite of this creamy velvety confection, you’ll forget all about the wait as you reach for seconds.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup shelled pistachios, chopped
½ cup walnuts, chopped
½ cup honey
1 cup tahini
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line both an 8-×-8-inch pan and a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Arrange the pistachios and walnuts in a single layer on the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes, or until the pistachios are golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
3. Heat the honey in a saucepan set over high heat for 2–3 minutes, until it boils, then remove from heat.
4. Add the tahini and whisk until smooth, but stiff. Stir in the pistachios and walnuts.
5. Spread the soft fudge in an even layer on the prepared pan.
6. Allow fudge to set for 3 hours.
7. Cut into 8 squares before serving. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
