Dried Fig and Nut Yogurt Bowl
MAKES 2 SERVINGS
Greek yogurt has to be one of the most satisfying foods on the planet! It’s rich in protein, making you feel fuller for longer. Here it’s topped with comforting cinnamon, earthy walnuts, and sweet figs, elevating your typical yogurt bowl into a Mediterranean treat.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup halved dried figs
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon honey
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Whisk together the Greek yogurt and cinnamon in a bowl.
2. Divide the mixture between two serving bowls and top each portion with the figs, walnuts, and a drizzle of honey. Serve and enjoy!
