Decadent Dark Chocolate Pudding with Spice & Citrus

A creamy, rich, and deeply chocolatey pudding with a touch of warmth and brightness. This easy, keto-friendly, and dairy-free dessert is elevated with a hint of cinnamon, orange zest, and a splash of vanilla.
Ingredients:
1 (13-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk
1 cup dark chocolate chips (5 ounces, 70-85% cacao)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, for warmth)
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional, for depth)
Zest of ½ an orange (optional, for brightness)
Pinch of sea salt (enhances flavor)
(Optional Topping) Crushed toasted hazelnuts or cacao nibs
Instructions
1. Simmer: In a saucepan over very low heat, warm the coconut milk until steaming but not boiling.
2. Melt Chocolate: Add the chocolate chips and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
3. Mix: Stir in the cinnamon, vanilla, orange zest, and sea salt. Mix well.
4. Divide: Divide the mixture evenly into six small ramekins or mason jars.
5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
6. Garnish: Garnish with crushed toasted hazelnuts or cacao nibs before serving for an extra crunch.
