Cookies and Cream Milkshake
Makes 2 servings
Have you ever craved a milkshake on a hot summer day? I know I have! Since I was a kid, I’ve always had a soft spot for Oreos. I remember peeling apart the two cookies, seeing which side the cream stuck to. This milkshake will bring back memories of your childhood and will stop your craving in its tracks. It’s the perfect blend of crunchy and creamy, and cool enough to defeat the summer heat.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups chocolate ice cream
⅔ cup milk
8 Oreo cookies
Chocolate syrup, to serve (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a blender, mix the ice cream, milk and six Oreo cookies, until mostly smooth.
2. Serve in large glasses with chocolate syrup and remaining two cookies, chopped, on top.
