Coconut Blueberry Smoothie

Makes 4 servings

Coconut, blueberries, and turmeric are as tasty a combination as they are healthy! These superfoods boast antioxidants and countless vitamins, refreshing not only your tastebuds, but also your health.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup coconut milk, chilled
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon honey

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all Ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Serve in ice-filled glasses.
