Cinnamon Roll Porridge with Cranberries

Thanks to this recipe, you don’t have to dream it up—you can experience all the flavors of a fruit-studded cinnamon roll in a quick, healthy oatmeal porridge! Rich cinnamon, syrupy honey, and tart cranberries come together to create a delicious and nutritious breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup nondairy milk
½ cup gluten-free quick oats
1 banana, mashed, plus ¼ banana, sliced
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon raw honey
¼ cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the milk, oats, mashed banana, cardamom, and honey in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
2. Transfer to a small heat-safe bowl, add the cranberries and cinnamon, and stir until well combined.
3. Top with the almond butter and banana slices. Serve immediately or refrigerate for the next day and serve cold.
