Cinnamon and Honey Yogurt Bowl
MAKES 2 SERVINGS
Sometimes breaking a fast with a full meal is too heavy on the stomach. That’s why I love to start my day with an energizing Greek yogurt bowl. This recipe brings together warm cinnamon, sweet honey, and crunchy almonds, creating a satisfying and protein-packed snack.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon almonds, chopped
1 teaspoon honey
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Whisk the Greek yogurt and cinnamon together in a bowl, then divide the mixture between two small serving bowls.
2. Top each serving with the almonds and drizzle the honey over the top. Serve and enjoy!
