CHICKEN SALAD WRAP

I first had chicken salad with nuts and sour cream when I was in college, and it was a game-changer for me. These ingredients make a perfect chicken salad that is filled with healthy fats, and is creamy and delicious. You can bake the chicken for this salad with Good for Everything Seasoning (page 28), or just use a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store.
INGREDIENTS
1½ pounds cold chicken, cooked
½ cup sour cream
5 tablespoons sugar-free mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
2 teaspoons chives
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
10 lettuce leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cube chilled chicken and place in a large serving bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until chicken is fully coated.
2. Serve cold on lettuce leaves or a wrap of your choice. Refrigerate and store for up to 3 days.
