CABBAGE FRIED IN BUTTER

This side dish is simple, super-fast, and of course, Keto. Cabbage is a delicious and versatile component of the Keto diet—thanks to lots of butter, this traditional recipe gets a hefty and flavorful upgrade. With minimal ingredients, it’s the perfect meal for the night before grocery shopping!

 

INGREDIENTS

½ cup butter
2 pounds cabbage, shredded
Salt, to taste
Cracked black pepper, to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add cabbage and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes, or until cabbage is soft with crispy brown edges.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
