BLUEBERRY FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Blueberries are superfoods—high in nutrients and fiber, they offer just enough sweetness to create a delicious fruit smoothie. The addition of protein powder makes this a meal, and you can bump it up with Greek yogurt for a change of pace.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup sugar-free or low-sugar Keto protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy. Adjust sweetness with additional erythritol if desired and serve immediately.
