Berry & Sunflower Yogurt Bowl

INGREDIENTS
1 cup fat-free plain
Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
½ cup fresh mixed berries
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the Greek yogurt and maple syrup in a small bowl and stir to mix.
2. Divide the mixture between two serving bowls. Top each portion with a ½ tbsp. sunflower seeds and a ¼ cup mixed berries. Serve and enjoy!
