Berry and Sunflower Yogurt Bowl
MAKES 1 SERVING
This simple snack contains ingredients that can boost your immunity, protect your heart health, and strengthen your metabolism. Sound too good to be true? The superfood combination of berries and sunflower seeds also makes this recipe as delicious as it is healthy!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
½ cup fresh mixed berries
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the Greek yogurt and maple syrup in a small bowl and stir to mix.
2. Add the mixture to a serving bowls. Top with ½ tablespoon sunflower seeds and ¼ cup mixed berries. Serve and enjoy!
