Banana Yogurt Granola Jar
Makes 2 servings
Made with only six Ingredients, this simple dessert marinates in the fridge, allowing the flavors to blend. Sweetened with fig jam and studded with fresh banana slices, cherries, and chocolate nibs, you’ll wonder why you never experimented with yogurt bowls before.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 cherries, pitted and chopped
½ banana, sliced
1 tablespoon granola
2 teaspoons fig jam
2 teaspoons chocolate nibs
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Choose 2 (8-oz.) containers; these can be jars or bowls, glass, or plastic.*
2. Add the Greek yogurt, cherries, banana, granola, fig jam, and chocolate nibs in separate layers to the containers.
3. Cover with the lid or plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour before serving, or overnight to serve for breakfast. Enjoy!
Note: *Choose containers with well-fitting lids for an on-the-go breakfast, lunch, or snack.
